A spice merchant's back room. Sacks of nutmeg, a little tin of saffron on the desk, lavender drying on a hook, and a block of dark wood on the shelf. Saffron is the first thing you smell. It's the dried stigma of a crocus flower, and each flower has only three, picked by hand. That's why it's one of the most expensive spices in the world. In perfume it smells leathery and honeyed. Nutmeg warms it up and lavender adds a clean, herbal line through the heart. Oud fills the heart. The base is agarwood oil, from the same tree as oud, with patchouli and musk. It's rich and woody, best on cold nights.
How to use
Spray on pulse points: wrists, neck and behind the ears. Let it dry down; don't rub. Keep away from eyes.
