A kitchen garden in summer. There's a blackcurrant bush, a pot of basil and mint, a fig tree by the wall, and a bowl of apricots and dates on the table. This is one with a long list of notes. Blackcurrant, citrus and mint come first, then coriander, basil and May rose. One of the less usual notes is carrot seed. The oil is distilled from the seeds of wild carrot and has an earthy, slightly woody smell. In the base the fruit settles, and ambrette, a musk that comes from hibiscus seeds, keeps it soft. Fresh and green, good for warm days.
How to use
Spray on pulse points: wrists, neck and behind the ears. Let it dry down; don't rub. Keep away from eyes.
